Through her business she helps her clients look at their own internal practices and procedures to ascertain where improvements can be made which then lead to a focus on how the outstanding receipts can be obtained on time and thereby improving the overall cash flow and profitability of the company.
Through the review process Siobhan works with her clients to ensure that they adapt to and implement the recommended changes in process efficiencies with their team so that best practice is part of the day job with continuous and constant improvement for the future thereby preventing the business from returning to the old way of working.
